I recently stayed at a beautiful plantation in Cormonem and had an incredible experience. The hosts, Ashok, Amit, and Doris, were amazing and ensured that we were well taken care of. The rooms were elegant and although there were no wardrobes, they were still comfortable. The open-air bathrooms were palatial and added to the overall charm of the place. The food was delicious, with low or no spices, yet still full of flavor. The plantation had a trail with a stunning sunset point and five lovely dogs that accompanied us on our trek. it was a slow and peaceful retreat, perfect for a getaway.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I stayed at Dudhsagar Farmstay for a week during my trip to India and it was truly a highlight. The natural, eco-friendly setting amidst the lush trees and variety of plant life was amazing. I loved the attention to sustainability, from the composting of coconut bases to the natural swimming pool teeming with tadpoles. The peacefulness of the place was remarkable, with barely any noise from passing vehicles. The cottages were simple yet elegant, nestled in a luxurious forest, and the roofless bathroom allowed for a unique showering experience under the stars. The buffet-style food was delicious and the host, Ashok, was incredibly helpful and full of ideas. I highly recommend this farmstay for a relaxing and nature-filled getaway.
Totally recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the beautiful cottages nestled in a lush forest setting. The simplicity of the interior design added to the charm and cleanliness of the rooms. The fact that some cottages had roofless bathrooms allowed for a unique experience of showering under the stars. the buffet-style food provided was both generous and tasty, reflecting the overall impression of the place. The location being near the Mollem national park and the famous Dudhsagar falls added to the allure of this hidden gem. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable.
While the natural setting was a highlight, it did mean encountering mosquitoes in the afternoon at the restaurant. Carrying mosquito repellent is recommended.
